In this role, you will support early childhood development by implementing age-appropriate activities, managing classroom routines, and fostering positive social interactions. Responsibilities Develop and implement educational activities that promote childhood development, including preschool, toddler care, and infant care programs. Support children with diverse needs by applying special education techniques and working with children with disabilities when necessary. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures and emergency protocols. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar early childhood education settings. Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-specific caregiving techniques. Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred; ongoing training is encouraged. Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus. Strong classroom management skills combined with the ability to nurture a caring environment. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and engaging families effectively. Demonstrated ability to handle challenging behaviors through positive guidance strategies.
