Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can learn and grow. Your role will involve developing age-appropriate lesson plans, implementing curriculum, and providing a safe and supportive learning environment.Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood development
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and fosters social-emotional growth
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning atmosphere
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians on a regular basis
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for students
- Incorporate hands-on activities, games, and technology into lessons to enhance learning
- Foster a love of learning through creative teaching methods and educational resources
- Promote physical education and healthy habits among students
- Implement behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors in a positive manner
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times
Qualifications:
- BK License or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience) and working towards a BK license
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children (preferred)
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum goals
- Proficiency in math concepts relevant to preschool education
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies for children with special needs is a plus We offer competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$16.00- $22.
