Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can learn and grow. Your role will involve developing age-appropriate lesson plans, implementing curriculum, and providing a safe and supportive learning environment.

Duties:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood development
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and fosters social-emotional growth
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning atmosphere
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians on a regular basis
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for students
• Incorporate hands-on activities, games, and technology into lessons to enhance learning
• Foster a love of learning through creative teaching methods and educational resources
• Promote physical education and healthy habits among students
• Implement behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors in a positive manner
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times

Qualifications:

• BK License or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience) and working towards a BK license
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children (preferred)
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum goals
• Proficiency in math concepts relevant to preschool education
