Organizes activities and uses play or games to help children learn; develops schedules and routines for children that include exercise and rest. Develop and implement curriculum Support creativity and learning Provide supervision during activities Select age-appropriate developmental materials for the classroom Keep classroom neat and organized Provide parents with progress reports File incident reports as needed Candidate will need to have: AA degree in early childhood development or education or current enrollment in a similar degree program preferred CDA credential a plus At least one or more of experience in a classroom working with children First aid and CPR certification
