Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and nurturing Lead Toddler & 2-Year-Old Teacher to manage a classroom, implement engaging activities, and support the development of young children in a safe and structured environment. Responsibilities Plan and lead age-appropriate activities and lessons Ensure a safe, clean, and organized classroom Supervise children and support daily routines (meals, diapering, toileting) Foster social, emotional, and developmental growth Communicate with families and team members Follow all licensing and safety regulations Qualifications EDU 119 required High School Diploma or GED Minimum 1 year of childcare experience (toddler experience preferred) Strong leadership and classroom management skills Must pass background check and health screenings Certifications (or willingness to obtain) CPR/First Aid
