Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Greensboro learning center to nurture and inspire young children. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging classroom that supports early learning, curiosity, and social-emotional growth. Teachers plan and lead age-appropriate activities, observe and document children's development, and build strong partnerships with families. You will collaborate with a supportive team, follow health, safety, and licensing standards, and contribute to an inclusive, growth-focused culture that values both children's and educators' ongoing development. Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment for young children. Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities. Observe and document children's developmental progress. Communicate regularly with families about child growth and classroom events. Support social-emotional development and positive behavior. Maintain classroom cleanliness and safety standards. Collaborate with center staff on curriculum and center events. Follow licensing regulations and Kinder Care policies.
