Role:
Join The Learning Experience #275 as a Part Time Afternoon Floater, where you'll play a vital role in nurturing young minds! This exciting position offers a dynamic environment where you can engage with children and support our dedicated educators.
Responsibilities:
Assist in daily classroom activities and ensure a safe, engaging environment. Support teachers by implementing lesson plans and facilitating group activities. Supervise children during outdoor play and meal times. Provide one-on-one support to children as needed. Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom. Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children's progress. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions. Adapt to different classrooms and age groups as required.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework preferred. Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, especially afternoons. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Positive attitude and passion for child development. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Background check required upon hiring.
