Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. Experience in private school settings or knowledge of the Montessori method is a plus. Punctuality and consistent attendance are a must. We are looking for a 8am - 4pm lead teacher that has a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and strong classroom management. We are willing to provide Montessori training to the right candidate We are not hiring floaters or teaching assistants at this time. Must meet lead teacher requirements. Please do not apply if you do not have a qualification letter and lead teacher experience. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that encourage critical thinking. Manage classroom dynamics effectively to create a positive learning environment. Educate students in core subjects, including reading, while integrating creative teaching methods. Requirements Minimum EDU-119 credential or degree in Education or related field preferred. Proven experience in classroom management and childhood development. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
