Preschool Assistance Teacher/Hillsborough

What You'll Do Support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Assist with daily classroom activities and learning experiences Encourage children's social, emotional, and academic development Help maintain classroom organization and cleanliness Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff Assist with classroom documentation and daily routines Qualifications Minimum of a Preschool Child Development Associate (CDA) required Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) TB Test and Medical Report Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for early childhood education and child development

What We Offer Competitive Pay:
