What You'll Do Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate learning activities Support children's social, emotional, and academic development Build positive relationships with families and maintain open communication Collaborate with staff and specialists to support all learners Maintain classroom organization, daily records, and a positive learning atmosphere Qualifications Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required Bachelor's Degree preferred Birth-Kindergarten License preferred CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) TB Test and Medical Report Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred Strong communication and classroom management skills Passion for early childhood education and child development

What We Offer Competitive Pay:
