Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-time Infant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment tailored specifically for infants. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help foster developmental growth, emotional security, and joyful learning experiences for our youngest learners. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's early years while working in a supportive and dynamic setting. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of infants. Provide attentive care, including feeding, diapering, and comforting infants throughout the day. Monitor and document each child's developmental milestones, behaviors, and needs to ensure personalized care. Maintain a safe and clean environment by following health and safety protocols diligently. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, needs, and daily experiences. Collaborate with team members to plan engaging activities that support early childhood development principles. Manage classroom routines efficiently while fostering a warm, inclusive atmosphere that encourages curiosity and exploration. Skills Experience working with infants in a daycare or preschool setting, with strong classroom management skills. Knowledge of childhood development stages and best practices in early childhood education. Certified in first aid and CPR; familiarity with emergency procedures specific to infant care. (We will pay for your CPR if you do not have it) . Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members. Strong organizational skills for documenting developmental progress and managing daily routines efficiently. Pay:
