What You'll Do As an Infant Childcare Teacher, you'll play a vital role in the lives of the children and families we serve.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing attentive, nurturing care to infants in a safe and engaging environment. Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities to support early development. Monitoring and documenting each child's progress, milestones, and daily routines. Communicating effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's experiences and growth. Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space. Ensuring compliance with all safety and childcare regulations. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, we're seeking someone who brings: At least 1 year of experience working with infants or young children in a childcare setting. A genuine love for children and a patient, caring demeanor. Strong communication and organizational skills. The ability to work collaboratively with a team while taking initiative when needed.
