Bachelor's Degree and B-K Certification Job Goals:
To provide direct and consultative services to eligible students and professionals To assist students and families with educational issues To coordinate services as case manager for preschool children To facilitate child find activities
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide home based and site based direct instruction to eligible students Assist in transition for students in the preschool and school aged program Conduct system wide screenings, evaluations and monitoring of preschool students Serve as a member of Scotland County Local Interagency Council and any other relevant committees Facilitate placement and individual education plan meetings for preschool students Prepare progress reports, head count, outcomes and any other reports necessary Promote inclusion and consultation services for community agencies, classrooms and facilities Manage exceptional children's records and facilitate meetings as needed Maintain documentation for progress monitoring Assist the preschool exceptional children's preschool program with any duties deemed necessary Assist with NC Pre-Monitoring and Required Curriculum Implementation Provide Training for NC Pre-K Teachers Conduct Classroom Walk Throughs with Pre•Director and State Consultants Provide Coaching to NC Pre-K Teachers Provide pre-school services in both public and private settings Perform other duties deemed necessary by
