Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. This role involves developing and implementing inter-based curricula that promote the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children in our care. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that align with educational standards. Learn and adhere to Head Start standards. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among children. Provide individualized support for children with special needs through early intervention strategies. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support child welfare and development. Maintain accurate records of children's progress. Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of childhood development. Ensure a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning. Qualifications Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required with at least one year experience.
