• Full-time Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant Director for our Preschool program to join our vibrant educational community.

This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to shape early childhood education by overseeing daily operations, guiding teaching staff, and ensuring a nurturing, engaging environment for young learners. Duties Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement curriculum plans that align with educational standards and promote holistic development Lead and supervise preschool teaching staff, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities Oversee daily classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children Manage program budgets, monitor expenses, and coordinate fundraising efforts to support program enhancements Develop strategic plans for program growth, community engagement, and long-term sustainability Represent the preschool in public speaking engagements, community events, and parent meetings to foster strong relationships and promote the program's mission Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and educational policies Requirements Proven experience in education administration within early childhood settings or preschools Strong background in curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams of educators or staff members Excellent communication skills for effective public speaking, parent engagement, and team collaboration Knowledge of budgeting processes, fundraising strategies, and strategic planning methods Classroom teaching experience with young children is essential to understand developmental needs Supervising experience in an educational environment is highly desirable Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, community partners, and stakeholders to achieve shared goals Join us in shaping the future by inspiring young minds!
