In this dynamic role, you will create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes childhood development, literacy education, and social-emotional skills. Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that align with early childhood education standards and incorporate Montessori methods when appropriate. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence among preschoolers. Manage daily classroom activities, including lesson planning, behavior management, and classroom organization to ensure a productive learning atmosphere. Support children's social-emotional growth through positive reinforcement, conflict resolution, and behavior management strategies. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children's progress, address concerns, and provide guidance on child welfare and developmental milestones. Incorporate early intervention techniques to support children with special education needs or developmental delays. Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor progress in literacy education, math skills, and overall childhood development. Engage in ongoing professional development related to childcare best practices, classroom management, and early childhood education trends such as toddler care and teaching physical education. Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting, ideally with preschool experience or private school background. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, literacy education, math instruction, and Montessori methods. Experience supporting children with special needs through early intervention strategies and individualized education plans (IEPs). Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and community resources. Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom effectively while fostering a nurturing environment for young learners. Certification in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; however, relevant coursework or ongoing training is also valued. Pay:
