In this vital role, you will lead classroom activities, develop age-appropriate curricula, and support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of infants and toddlers. Schedule will be 8-5 or 7-4 MON-FRI.Your enthusiasm for early childhood education will help create a positive foundation for each child's growth while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating atmosphere. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the most formative years of a child's life. Responsibilities Lead daily classroom activities that promote early childhood development, including literacy education, physical play, and social interaction. Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with developmental milestones and curriculum standards such as Montessori or other early childhood frameworks. Manage classroom behavior through positive behavior management techniques to foster respect, independence, and cooperation among children. Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address concerns, and support each child's individual needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, and monitor child welfare at all times. Incorporate classroom management strategies that promote a respectful, inclusive atmosphere conducive to learning and exploration. Document developmental progress using standardized testing tools when appropriate and prepare reports for parent-teacher conferences. Requirements Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques. Experience with toddler care, preschool activities, literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and behavior management strategies. Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention programs is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, colleagues, and children.MUST HAVE ALL PAPERWORK AND TRAININGS UP TO DATE. INFANT TEACHER MUST HAVE SIDS TRAINING.
