Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that adheres to childcare standards and child welfare policies. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in early childhood education settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies. Experience with curriculum development across multiple domains including literacy education, math, physical education, and special education. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Ability to plan lessons that incorporate developmentally appropriate milestone and adapt teaching approaches accordingly.
