Job Description

Victory Learning Academy is seeking an experienced and talented Infant-Toddler Teacher to join our family! This individual will plan and present engaging and developmentally-appropriate activities for children.
Responsibilities:
  • instructing infants and toddlers
  • creating a safe and stimulating learning environment
  • developing schedules and routines
  • building relationships with students and parents
  • maintaining the health and safety of all students.
Qualifications:
  • Must be punctual and have a current childcare qualification letter and TB skin test, or the ability to complete them immediately
  • Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, or working towards such degree preferred but a minimum of Child Care credentials required
  • Passionate about working with children
  • Ability to build rapport with children and parents
  • Positive and patient demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great organizational skills
  • Ability and creativity to individualize care for children Applicants will be required to complete a physical application and interview.
