Job Description

NC Pre-K Teacher Help Shape Young Minds and Build Bright Futures! We are seeking a passionate and dedicated NC Pre-K Teacher to create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for preschool children. In this role, you will develop and implement lesson plans that support children's social-emotional, cognitive, and physical growth while preparing them for kindergarten success.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging classroom activities using approved curriculum. Conduct child assessments, observations, and maintain accurate records. Foster strong partnerships with families through conferences, home visits, and family engagement activities. Create a safe, healthy, and inclusive learning environment. Provide leadership and guidance to classroom staff, volunteers, and center support personnel. Support children's daily care needs and promote positive social and self-help skills. Participate in professional development and collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality early childhood education.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field required. NC Birth-Kindergarten (B-K) Continuing License or B-K/Pre-K Add-On License preferred. Strong knowledge of child development, curriculum planning, and family engagement practices. Commitment to creating positive learning experiences for young children and families.
