Job Description

Overview Join our dedicated team as a Child Care Provider and make a positive impact on children's lives by providing safe, nurturing, and engaging care. In this role, you will support children's developmental needs through attentive supervision, educational activities, and compassionate caregiving. Your energy and enthusiasm will help create a warm environment where children feel valued and supported. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to foster growth, learning, and happiness in young minds while working in a dynamic and rewarding setting. Duties Supervise children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with special needs or disabilities Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to dietary requirements and preferences Engage children in educational activities, playtime, arts and crafts, and outdoor exploration to promote development Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing regular cleaning duties and sanitizing toys and surfaces Administer basic first aid when necessary and follow safety protocols diligently Support children with their daily routines such as diapering, dressing, nap times, and potty training Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about their child's progress, needs, and any concerns Requirements Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or caregiving roles Knowledge of child development principles across different age groups including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hiring) Ability to perform light cleaning tasks to maintain a hygienic environment Experience cooking or meal preparation for children with diverse dietary needs Compassionate attitude towards working with children with disabilities or special needs Strong communication skills to collaborate with families and team members effectively Join us in creating a joyful space where children can thrive!
