Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. The Child Care Teacher will be responsible for developing age-appropriate lesson plans, fostering social and emotional development, and ensuring the well-being of all children in their care. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote childhood development and learning. Create a safe and inclusive environment for all children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social skills and emotional growth. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive learning experience. Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets health and safety standards. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns that may arise. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Experience in early childhood education or related fields such as babysitting or nannying. Familiarity with special education practices is a plus. First aid certification is preferred. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to educate and inspire young minds through creative teaching methods.
