Early Childhood Educator

Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote physical development, cognitive skills, and emotional well-being. Collaborate with parents and guardians through regular communication to share progress, address concerns, and support ongoing development at home. Manage classroom routines efficiently while maintaining high standards of health, safety, and child welfare. Utilize classroom management techniques to foster respectful interactions and encourage independence among children. Incorporate Montessori or other specialized educational approaches when appropriate to enhance learning experiences in preschool settings. Qualifications Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or private school environments is essential. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and early intervention strategies. Demonstrated ability in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management tailored for toddlers and preschoolers. Familiarity with literacy education, math concepts, teaching physical education, standardized testing preparation, and tutoring methods for early learners. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and community partners. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; Montessori certification is a plus.
