Full job description Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated NC PreK teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. The NC PreK Teacher will implement engaging lesson plans, promote literacy and math skills, and support the overall growth of each child. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration. Support children's literacy education through storytelling, reading activities, and phonics. Incorporate math concepts into daily activities to enhance cognitive development. Assess and document children's progress in various developmental areas. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Collaborate with other educators to develop cohesive curriculum strategies.
Qualifications Education:
MUST HAVE BACHELORS DEGREE IN
ECE or Child Development or Education B-K License (Preferred/Willing to Obtain) Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and practices. Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children. Ability to create engaging educational activities that promote literacy and math skills. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.

$33,500.00 - $37,500.00 per year
