Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Educator to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Your enthusiasm for childhood development and commitment to fostering learning will help children explore, grow, and thrive. Responsibilities Plan and implement engaging activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children. Provide attentive supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times. Support children with daily routines such as meal times, diapering, nap times, and transitions between activities. Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage cooperation and respect among children. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, address concerns, and share developmental milestones. Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards. Use classroom management techniques to create an inclusive atmosphere that celebrates diversity and individual needs. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or classroom environments. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education. Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in special education or working with individuals with disabilities are a plus. Experience caring for infants and toddlers, including infant care routines and toddler care strategies. Strong classroom management skills combined with patience, creativity, and excellent communication abilities. Ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds and developmental needs. A genuine passion for nurturing young minds and supporting their growth through caregiving and teaching.
