Summary We are seeking a passionate Pre-toddler Teacher to join our team at KidVentures Child Care and Preschool. In this role, you will create a fun and educational atmosphere for pre-toddler aged children, helping them develop essential skills while ensuring their safety and well-being. Responsibilities Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment for children. Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents as needed. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social and emotional growth. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that meets health and safety standards. Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall educational experience. Requirements Experience working with young children in a childcare is prefered but not required. Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education. Excellent communication skills with both children and parents. First Aid/CPR certification must be completed within 30 days of hire ND Growing Futures Training must be completed within 30 days of hire Background check/fingerprints are required.
