Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their formative years. In this vital role, you will create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education will help lay a strong foundation for children's lifelong learning journey. Responsibilities Develop engaging, age-appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to support holistic childhood development. Plan and implement daily lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and developmental needs of preschool and toddler-aged children. Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies to create a safe, respectful environment. Support children with special educational needs through early intervention strategies and tailored activities that promote inclusion and growth. Facilitate activities that enhance social skills, emotional regulation, and cooperation among students in a nurturing setting. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress and inform instructional adjustments. Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, milestones, and any concerns related to child welfare or development. Qualifications Proven classroom experience working with young children in preschool or daycare settings. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention techniques, and behavior management strategies. Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management in early childhood education environments. Familiarity with Montessori methods, literacy education, math instruction, and teaching physical education is preferred. Ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds, including toddlers and preschoolers with special needs. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and engage positively with families. Certification or degree in early childhood education or a related field is highly desirable; ongoing professional development in childhood development or special education is a plus.
