Responsibilities Supervise daily operations within the daycare center, ensuring a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children Lead and support classroom staff with child supervision, behavior management, and developmentally appropriate activities Coordinate curriculum implementation focused on childhood development, early learning, and social-emotional growth Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress, needs, and any concerns Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws, health regulations, and safety standards including first aid and pediatric CPR procedures Oversee staff scheduling, training in classroom management, child care best practices, and emergency protocols Maintain accurate records of attendance, incident reports, and developmental milestones for each child Requirements Proven experience working with children in daycare centers or preschool settings; daycare experience preferred Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, child development instruction, and behavior management techniques Certification in first aid, CPR (including pediatric first aid), and knowledge of mandated reporting laws Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration Classroom management skills with the ability to lead a team in a dynamic environment Demonstrated commitment to providing nurturing care for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with diverse needs Join us in shaping young minds through energetic leadership and compassionate caregiving!
