Job Description

Boone Beginnings Early Childhood & Family Development Center is seeking An individual committed to young children, with the ability to plan and lead a supportive, high-quality early childhood classroom. This position will work 40 hours a week, M-F, between the hours of 7:45-5:15. Candidate should be flexible, creative, self-motivated, patient, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills Candidate will be responsible for classroom management, lesson planning, parent communication, and the safety and wellbeing of all children under their supervision. Adherence to state licensing regulations as well as evidenced-based high quality indicators is required.

A Bachelor's or Associates degree in early childhood education or other degree that meets state childcare licensing requirement or; willing to obtain a Child Development Associate through TEACH scholarship within 2 years of hire
