Hometown Beginnings LLC Child Care Center is looking for caring, dependable, and energetic individuals to join our team! We are seeking float staff who are flexible and willing to support all classrooms as needed, helping create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in daily classroom activities Supervise children to ensure safety at all times Help with meals, snacks, and cleanup Support nap time routines Engage children in play, learning, and social development Maintain a clean and organized environment Step into different classrooms as needed Requirements Must pass fingerprint background check through Nebraska State Patrol and Central Registry Check through DHHS Reliable and punctual Enjoy working with children of all ages Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred (but not required) Previous childcare experience CPR/First Aid Certification Early Childhood Education background What We Offer Flexible scheduling
