Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Assistant to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will support the development and well-being of young children by providing attentive supervision, engaging activities, and nurturing care. Responsibilities Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Assist with implementing age-appropriate curriculum plans focused on childhood development and learning objectives Support children with their personal needs, including diapering, feeding, and comfort as required Foster positive behavior management strategies to promote respectful interactions and social skills Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, needs, and daily experiences Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and safety Follow mandated reporting laws to report any concerns related to child safety or well-being promptly Skills Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings Knowledge of child development instruction and classroom management techniques Certification in first aid, CPR, and pediatric first aid to ensure safety in emergency situations Familiarity with special education needs and experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Strong communication skills for effective parent interaction and team collaboration Ability to handle toddler care, infant care, and classroom supervision confidently Understanding of childhood development principles and behavior management strategies Join us in creating a nurturing environment where children thrive! Pay:
