Plan exciting experiences that encourage children's growth in social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and welcoming classroom environment. Guide children with patience, kindness and positive behavior support techniques Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations and center policies. Keep the classroom clean, organized, and safe. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive center culture. Serve as a positive role model and leader within the classroom. Qualifications Required Lead Teacher Qualifications Candidates must meet Lead Teacher requirements through one of the following: 18 Early Childhood Education (ECE) credits/courses, OR Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential, OR Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field Additional Requirements Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Passion for early childhood education and child development. Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans and activities. Must be eligible to pass all required background checks. Knowledge of and ability to meet all state licensing and regulatory requirements. Ready to Join Our Team?
