We are looking for an enthusiastic, patient, and energetic Preschool Classroom Assistant to join our passionate team of educators. This is a unique opportunity for those entering the education field, offering space to work at the heart of the classroom, providing the targeted support that helps preschoolers thrive during their most formative years. We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable stepping outside the traditional "classroom" setting to support students in dynamic, non-traditional environments. This position is two days a week, 6 hours a day, Monday & Friday.
Key Responsibilities Targeted Support:
Assisting teachers and students to improve academic achievement in a variety of school settings.
Student Empowerment:
Working directly with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning concepts and foundational skills.
Foundational Success:
Providing the extra boost students need to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
Qualifications Education:
Associate's degree, two years of college (approx. 48 credits), or equivalent is preferred.
Experience:
