Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Private Preschool Educator to join our team. In this role, you will create a dynamic learning environment that encourages exploration, social interaction, and developmental growth. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education will inspire young learners and support their journey of discovery. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with preschool standards and individual student needs Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective classroom management and behavior guidance Support children's social-emotional development through meaningful interactions and activities Incorporate curriculum development strategies that promote literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support children's overall welfare and developmental progress Manage classroom routines, transitions, and activities to ensure a safe and stimulating environment Utilize assessment tools including standardized testing to monitor progress and inform instruction Requirements Proven experience working with children in preschool or early childhood settings Strong knowledge of childhood development, behavior management, and classroom management techniques Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education Experience with special education, early intervention, or Montessori methods is a plus Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members effectively Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields preferred Ability to create an inclusive environment that supports diverse learning needs Join us in shaping the future by inspiring young minds in a vibrant, supportive setting where every voice matters!
Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
