$17.50•$19 / hour (Depending on experience)

Hours:

Monday through Friday.

Two shift options available:

Early Shift:

7:00 AM•4:00 PM (Includes a 60-minute break)

Late Shift:

8:30 AM•5:00 PM (Includes a 60-minute break)

About Our Program:

We are a passionate, licensed childcare program preparing for an exciting evolution! While we operate under a home-based license, our facility is located in a fully private, completely separate in-law apartment on the property . You will enjoy a professional, standalone workspace dedicated entirely to childcare, with zero crossover into our family's personal living quarters. We are currently Waldorf-inspired , with a philosophy heavily rooted in rhythm, warmth, and the natural world. We provide nourishing, homemade meals daily and spend the majority of our days outside exploring, playing, and learning in nature. Learn and Grow With Us (No Waldorf Experience Required!)Our playgarden is currently a beautiful clean slate, and I am looking for a dedicated assistant who wants to learn alongside me. Prior experience with Waldorf education is absolutely not required, but a genuine love and curiosity for the philosophy is. As the owner, I am actively pursuing further Waldorf education, and I want to hire someone who is genuinely excited to dive into this holistic approach, read, learn, and grow with me. Over time, you will help me implement these ideas as we transition our program into a fully accredited Waldorf center.

Onboarding Covered:

We pay 100% of your New Hampshire state-required background checks, fingerprinting, and CPR fees. What You Will Do Assist the Director with daily indoor and outdoor rhythms, storytelling, and practical arts. Learn about Waldorf principles and help implement them into our daily schedule. Help design, set up, and bring life to our new outdoor playground space. Supervise and engage with children safely during extended outdoor play, rain or shine. Requirements A strong desire to learn about Waldorf education, holistic child development, or nature schooling. Love for the outdoors and comfort being outside in various weather conditions. Prior experience working with young children (toddlers/preschoolers). Ability to pass all New Hampshire state-mandated background checks and fingerprinting. Warm, curious, and dependable presence.
