Responsibilities Engage in games and activities that are developmentally appropriate Follow and implement a daily and weekly schedule Provide basic care and caregiving activities Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones Communicate with fellow co-workers and administration. Also keeping the software application updated on the children's activities Qualifications Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider Strong understanding of child development and engaging Patient, kind, and nurturing Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
