KinderCare's CDLC of Bridgewater is seeking Teachers to nurture and inspire young children in a vibrant early learning environment. In this role, you will plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities, support social-emotional growth, and maintain a safe, engaging classroom. You will build strong partnerships with families through clear, caring communication and regular progress updates. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood development goals Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for all children Monitor children's development and document observations to share with families Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about progress and daily activities Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide initiatives and events Support social-emotional learning through positive guidance and behavior management Adapt activities and instruction to meet diverse learning needs and abilities Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play, meals, and transitions Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions Required Skills Early childhood curriculum planning Classroom management Child safety and supervision Observation and developmental documentation Parent and family communication Behavior guidance and social-emotional support Health, hygiene, and sanitation practices Lesson planning and activity design Collaboration with teaching teams Basic technology for documentation and communication
