Job Description
The Dogwood School is a well-established, play-based preschool in Chester, NJ, seeking a warm and nurturing Preschool Teacher to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. Our teachers inspire children ages 2-3½ through hands-on learning, meaningful relationships, and daily exploration in our beautiful outdoor classrooms. We are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team, loves being outdoors, and is passionate about helping young children grow socially, emotionally, and academically through play. This is a full-time position (8:00 AM-4:00 PM) from late August through early June, following the local school calendar. Summer employment is available but optional. Full-time employees are eligible for a 401(k) and paid time off. Compensation is $22-26 per hour, based on experience.
