Job Description

KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Clark KinderCare center to provide nurturing, developmentally appropriate care and education for young children. In this on-site role, you will create a safe, inclusive classroom, implement engaging curriculum, and support each child's social, emotional, and cognitive growth. You will regularly communicate with families, maintain licensing and safety standards, and collaborate with a supportive, diverse team dedicated to enriching early childhood education and offering opportunities for professional growth. Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for young children. Implement age-appropriate curriculum and daily lesson plans. Observe and document children's development and learning progress. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom activities. Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Collaborate with center staff to support schoolwide programs and events. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
