Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Denville center to nurture and educate young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will design and lead play-based, developmentally appropriate activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. You'll maintain a warm, inclusive classroom, ensure children's safety, and build strong partnerships with families through regular communication. Working within KinderCare's collaborative culture, you'll follow licensing and safety standards, participate in ongoing training, and have opportunities to advance your career in early childhood education. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based lessons and activities. Ensure children's safety, supervision, and emotional well-being at all times. Build positive, professional relationships with children and families. Observe and document children's development and communicate progress to parents. Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and curriculum standards. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations and Kinder Care policies. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
