Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for children, strong communication skills, and the ability to create a positive and structured classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom. Monitor children's progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a consistent and supportive learning environment. Follow all licensing regulations and center policies.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma with a Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification or minimum of 12 college credits in Early Childhood Education or related fields. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred). CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Previous experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements.
