Job Description

KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Easton Avenue center to create a safe, engaging environment where young children learn and thrive. In this role, you'll design and lead play-based, developmentally appropriate lessons, foster social-emotional growth, and support each child's individual needs. You'll communicate closely with families, document progress, and collaborate with a caring, diverse team. At KinderCare, you'll have opportunities for training, career advancement, and meaningful impact on children's early learning journeys. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based lessons and activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about children's learning and behavior. Support social-emotional development and positive behavior guidance. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Collaborate with center staff on curriculum and classroom events. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
