Company Overview Watch Me Grow Preschool and Child Care is a nurturing and inclusive private preschool located in Gibbstown, NJ. Our mission is to foster early childhood development and education in a supportive environment, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive. Summary Monday thru Friday 7am to 2pm . Must be 18+ years old. We are seeking a dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team at Watch Me Grow. This role is essential in guiding young learners through their early educational journey, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development in a safe and engaging environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster early learning. Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents as needed. Engage with children in play-based learning activities that promote social skills. Collaborate with staff to create an inclusive atmosphere for all children. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that meets health and safety standards. Requirements Experience in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience working with Toddler age children in a daycare or educational setting. Strong understanding of childhood development principles. First aid /CPR certification is a plus but not required. Willingness to obtain certification. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
