KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Mt. Olive learning center to provide high-quality early childhood education and care. In this role, you will design and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development. You will create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom, maintain strong communication with families, and document children's progress. Working within KinderCare's collaborative culture, you'll participate in training, follow all safety and licensing standards, and have opportunities for ongoing professional growth. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that support early childhood development. Supervise children to ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress, behavior, and milestones. Observe and document children's developmental growth and learning outcomes. Follow health, safety, and licensing standards at all times. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a consistent learning experience. Support children's social-emotional development through positive guidance and modeling. Set up, organize, and maintain classroom materials and learning centers. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development. Assist with daily routines including meals, rest time, and transitions.
