As an Infant Teacher, you'll play a key role in nurturing and guiding our youngest learners in a warm, loving, and supportive classroom environment. About You You are a caring and experienced early childhood professional who: Has a strong background working with infants (6 weeks to 18 months), ideally with 1 or more year in a licensed or structured childcare settingPreferred:
Holds formal training in Early Childhood Education or a related field (CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree) Is passionate about fostering secure attachments and creating a consistent, nurturing environment where infants can thrive Communicates clearly, works well as part of a team, and contributes to a collaborative, family-centered school culture What You'll Do As an Infant Teacher at our school, you will: Provide responsive, attentive care and routines that support each infant's physical, emotional, and developmental needs Plan and implement gentle, age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, motor skills, and early social interaction Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that encourages comfort and discovery Build trusting relationships with families, sharing daily updates and developmental progress Why Join Us At The Goddard School , we offer: Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Winter Break!
