Responsibilities Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and social-emotional learning. Foster a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management and behavior management strategies. Utilize curriculum development skills to tailor activities that support child development milestones and individual learning styles. Engage in child development instruction, ensuring adherence to early intervention practices and childhood development standards. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and achievements to build strong home-school partnerships. Maintain compliance with mandated reporting laws and ensure the safety and welfare of all children through first aid and CPR certification. Collaborate with colleagues on classroom experience enhancements, standardized testing preparations, and implementing inclusive practices for children with special education needs. Experience Proven teaching experience with young children in preschool or daycare settings, demonstrating strong classroom experience and child welfare knowledge. Background in early childhood education with a focus on toddler care, preschool teaching, or private school experience preferred. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques tailored to early learners. Experience working with children requiring special education or early intervention services is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members while maintaining professionalism. Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and the use of standardized testing tools for assessment purposes. Pay:
