Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and passionate Preschool Classroom Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and create a positive classroom atmosphere. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with the age group Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence among children. Manage classroom routines, behavior management strategies, and daily schedules to ensure a smooth learning experience. Communicate with families to communicate children's progress Uphold health and safety standards by following licensing and state policies Skills Experience in preschool teaching, including classroom management and lesson planning. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and staff. Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
