Job Description
Job Overview Top Notch Dance Company is seeking passionate, dependable dance educators to join our faculty for the 2026-2027 season. We are currently hiring for two part-time teaching opportunities: Ballet Instructor and Top Notch Tots (Preschool Dance) Instructor . Candidates are welcome to apply for one or both positions. Our studio is committed to providing exceptional dance education in a positive, family-centered environment where dancers are challenged, encouraged, and inspired. We are looking for instructors who are professional, reliable, and excited to help students grow both technically and personally. Responsibilities Teach engaging, age-appropriate ballet and/or preschool dance classes. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment. Arrive prepared and on time for all assigned classes and studio events. Communicate professionally with studio leadership, families, and fellow faculty members. Assist with rehearsals, showcases, and studio events as needed. Uphold Top Notch Dance Company's standards of professionalism and customer service. Skills & Qualifications Previous dance teaching experience required. Strong background in ballet, early childhood dance education, or both. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Reliable, organized, and professional. Passion for mentoring young dancers in a positive and encouraging environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Availability to commit consistently throughout the 2026-2027 dance season. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus but not required. Join us in inspiring the next generation of dancers!
