We are seeking an energetic and passionate Infant Classroom Co-Lead Teacher to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will lead and inspire a classroom of infants, creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that promotes early childhood development. Your expertise will help lay the foundation for lifelong learning by implementing innovative curricula and fostering positive relationships with children and families. Responsibilities Lead daily classroom activities with enthusiasm, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for infants. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that support early intervention, literacy education, and overall childhood development. Manage classroom routines, behavior management strategies, and individualized care plans to meet each child's unique needs. Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and milestones. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, childcare standards, and licensing requirements. Qualifications Proven classroom management skills with experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members. Prior preschool or private school experience is preferred; infant/toddler care experience is highly valued.

Pay:

$17.00 - $18.50 per hour
