Away We Grow Learning Center is seeking an experienced, dependable, and passionate Pre-K Lead Teacher to join our team! We are looking for an educator who is committed to creating a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment while preparing children for kindergarten success.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field required. A current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential will also be considered. Previous experience teaching in a preschool or Pre-K classroom. Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices. Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills. Reliable, professional, and passionate about early childhood education.

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans. Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom. Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers. Complete observations, assessments, and required classroom documentation. Collaborate with fellow teachers and administration to provide a high-quality learning experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain). We are looking for someone who is ready to lead a classroom, inspire young learners, and make a meaningful impact every day.

Job Type:

Full-Time Competitive pay based on education and experience.

Pay:

$18.50 - $22.50 per hour
