You'll design engaging, age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Partner closely with families through daily communication and progress updates. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with Kinder Care curriculum Supervise children to ensure safety, well-being, and positive behavior at all times Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families through daily communication Maintain a clean, engaging, and organized classroom environment Observe and document children's developmental progress and share insights with families Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and special events Follow all state licensing regulations, health, and safety protocols Participate in ongoing professional development and training Required Skills Early childhood curriculum planning Classroom management Child supervision and safety Parent and family communication Observation and developmental documentation Behavior guidance techniques Knowledge of child development milestones Health, hygiene, and sanitation practices Compliance with childcare licensing regulations Basic computer skills for records and communication
